Merry Christmas to All! I feel truly blessed this Christmas season. I have a wonderful, healthy family and life is good. As I have been rushing here and there to get the house decorated and presents under the tree I have tried to take time each day to remember all of my blessings. I thank the Lord for all that he has given me and this time of year I am reminded how strong faith can be. I think back to when I was in my 20's and all of my friends and cousins were getting married and I felt so alone. I would think, "Someday God will bring someone to me." And finally he did! He not only did he bring me a wonderful man to be my husband but he also gave me 2 little girls to befriend and to parent. And now we have our sweet Owen for us all to love. God is truly good and prayer is so powerful. As we open gifts on Christmas morning, I will take the time to thank God for the greatest Christmas gift of all, His son.
