9 Months Old

Owen is 9 months old already.  He is changing so fast and learning so much.  He has 3 teeth (2 on the bottom and 1 in the front).  He is doing a very interesting and funny inchworm/army crawl to get to where he wants to be.  He is pulling up on us and furniture.  He is saying "mama and dada and baba and blahblah."  He has not made the connection of who mama and dada are; he just randomly says them.  He loves these snacks called Puffs: Finger Foods for Babies.  They are kind of like cheerios but they melt in his mouth with little chewing.  He also loves electrical cords and can spot them across the room and can get to then in a flash.  He plays "pattycake" and claps when we say, "Yay!"  We go for his nine month check-up later in the month and I'll post his stats then.  For now I will end his nine month post with foods he's had so far:

nectarines

cantaloupe (He loves biting into chunks of cantaloupe!)

English peas (likes the whole peas much more than them pureed)

oatmeal

This is Owen after he pulled up on the window sill at Mimi and Toot's.  He was looking at the dogs.
